Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Business and Information Systems and is fluent in ITIL Service Management and PRINCE2 methodologies.

Jason is a senior operations and service delivery leader with experience in managing and growing teams and improving operational efficiency.
With extensive experience in operational service management, he is able to collaboratively design strategic road-maps that facilitate meeting and exceeding customer expectations, delivering complex IT projects and implementing and managing infrastructure. Jason has a comprehensive understanding in developing service models, providing realistic and reliable technology solutions and vendor selection for customers.
Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Science in computing, is a certified in ITIL service management methodologies and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
